Phillipa was very helpful with all aspects of the tenancy, right from the moment I rang her to confirm my wish to put down a deposit, up to the day of my moving into the property. She was an excellent liaison with the landlord when I had queries regarding what I was allowed to do to improve the garden, painting, etc. answering these queries very promptly.
