Phillipa was very helpful with all aspects of the tenancy, right from the moment I rang her to confirm my wish to put down a deposit, up to the day of my moving into the property. She was an excellent liaison with the landlord when I had queries regarding what I was allowed to do to improve the garden, painting, etc. answering these queries very promptly. I cannot praise Knights enough!! From arranging a viewing, to picking up the keys, Knights have been helpful, quick to respond and so friendly! Me and my partner signed and finalised on a lease a couple weeks before lockdown was imposed so we were incredibly worried about how this would affect us moving. With our then current Landlord pressing for us to move, we were understandably stressed and pretty miserable. BUT we found a way, with the assistance of Knights! As the property we were moving into was vacant, and our then Landlord was forcing eviction, we met the guidelines from the government to move. Knights handled all the paperwork online and organised for cleaning of the property and inventory to be done before we arrived. The handover was flawless and the flat was immaculate when we arrived! We even got a welcoming bottle of wine and beers left in the fridge, which was very much needed after a full two days of moving with just me and my partner! Knights really put our minds at rest regarding moving during Covid-19 and were polite, friendly and always on hand to help. I cannot thank Mark and Phillipa enough, thank you so so much guys!
