We have been awaiting clear guidance and advice from senior civil servants at MHCLG (Ministry for Housing Community and Local Government) and ARLA Propertymark, to ensure we can relay the correct information. As we are sure you can appreciate this information is still emerging and the situation is constantly evolving.
Therefore, our office is closed in line with the instructions, however, we will continue to work and support our clients remotely until the rules are relaxed again and we can return to our office. We encourage all of our tenants and landlords to keep the lines of communication open with us. The Government have announced great support measures for both employed and self-employed individuals that may have been affected, so please investigate thoroughly what help you are entitled to.
